- Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Wild Project reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Wild Project provides services “as is” and does not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or user modifications after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:
- You must pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- Any outstanding balances will be immediately due.
9. Changes to These Terms
Wild Project reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on our website, and the revised Terms will take effect upon posting.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of all Canada provinces, United States of America, Mexico y Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
